Good place to eat and drink. Good atmosphere and all are made to feel welcome. Need more staff on weekends behind the bar.
Had a great pint here, not badly priced and the food was also really really good and cheap.The atmosphere was very welcoming and the bar staff were nice and friendly.Would definitely recommend to anyone that lives local if you want a decent drink.

Ordered loaded chips and a beef Yorkshire wrap at 12.50pm. We complained at 1.50pm and was told it would be right out - but wasnt served until 2.15pm! Ended in a very rushed lunch in order to make the school run and didnt bother trying to get desert. Pub was not overly busy in my opinion, one big table and around 3 small tables with people waiting to eat. Food was warm not hot and beef in the wrap was chewy. Doubt we will be back, which is a shame as the pub is nicely refurbished.
