This is a small well kept pub with a nice seating area outside. The pub also has more grounds around it that can be used for functions such as weddings and birthdays.What sets this pub apart from other pubs in this area is the friendly staff and the wide range of beers, wines and ciders.The pub also sells a very good range of real ales with different ones being added every so often.This pub is a nice place to stop for a drink but as it is little out of town I normally get a lift or walk if I drink any alcohol, as some of the beers can be quite strong and could put you over the limit.

My local so perhaps I'm biased. Old fashioned no frills pub. No Sky tv, no food (apart from crisps and nuts) and no music. Wonderful! Good selection of beers and ciders with guest varieties always on offer. Garden to sit in on warm days. Always busy.
