The girls I spoke to were very knowledgeable . The cases are a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for . If you travel a lot which I do they make sound investments

I have often bought products from here I wouldn't say they are bargains though usually a bit cheaper then what you can buy online and you can see what you are buying. They are often open to a little bit of more discount say an extra 10% so it's worth a go!!
@MySamsonite Totally disappointed at level of service in UK. A 120 laptop bag tore at one of back straps and you want to send it for a 6-week repair? Absolutely unacceptable. I am never buying Samsonite again.
