Turned up at 10 on Saturday and they didn't open the doors until 10.15.Didn't apologise for leaving people outside waiting.We were in a rush that day and it was freezing outside.Trainers on the back wall are discounted but they are so ugly and out of fashion that there is a reason why they are discounted.The other trainers are not a good deal at all and can be found cheaper online from reputable sites.
Very helpful staff and always lots of good deals on throughout the year, not just on special dates.. Sometimes the deals throughout the year are better than the likes of days like 'Black Friday' Its normally always busy so be prepared to get 'bustled' The only irritating thing can be the opening times as they're very strict on when they unlock the doors and they will never do it early, usually a few minutes late. There are always people huddling outside waiting for the doors to opening creating a huge vacuum of people rushing for the door when it's 'eventually' unlocked
