I live 17 miles from this store, ordered a pair of adidas golf shoes to be reserved. Drove there and they had sold them! A wsste of an hour of my time and a gallon of fuel. Beyond incompetent, i have spent a small fortune in there over the years. Never again. Terrible customer service.
Staff at Braintree store were excellent. They asked me a few targeted questions and observed my strike pattern with my old clubs before recommending a few different clubs and then began fitting me immediately for them. He identified the best shaft and head for me and measured me to ensure that no other adjustments needed to be made to the clubs before making the payment process quick and simple. Throughout the process, staff were friendly whilst maintaining their professionalism and focus on ensuring accurate results from my fitting. I cannot fault them, at all.
Not too bad. I have had better experiences at other golf stores, the staff are young and don't seem attentive. The order took an inordinate amount of time to be delivered. But other than that, my clubs we're fantastic, as was the trolley.
I visited the Braintree store on Monday for a putter fitting with Adam Wass. Adam was patient, professional and very knowledgeable and it was a really enjoyable experience. He was not pushy at all and respected my budget, gave me some tips with my putting stroke and taught me about different golf balls to help me understand my game better. I could not recommend Adam enough. Thanks!
