Brought a Ford Focus 1.0litre Ecoboost second hand, with 3 years warranty. A year and half into the finance deal the engine went on my car. My service history was up to date and I also did regular checks of the oil. I got blamed for oil starvation and ford were useless at helping with the situation and the warranty company told me to go away. Now I have a car that needs 4000 to spend on it and still having to pay for the finance. Id advice anyone to reconsider buying a second hand car from ford in Braintree.
Great prices car if u are a cash buyer. Shocking Apr rates an very poor deals available when looking at hp or ocp finance. Staff friendly until u don't want to take up their deal an the become off with u. Would not recommend unless a cash buyer

For a dealership repair shop I was pleasantly surprised. The service was second to none as was the friendly customer service from the front desk staff. Airy waiting room with comfortable leather seating and complimentary drinks..not booze of course. Price was competitive and I will be going back there for my next service! Keep it up guys...most impressed!!
