I recently completed a part-exchange with Quest Braintree. The manger of the dealership was very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a very enjoyable buying experience and I left the dealership feeling that I'd be treated very fairly and that the company had done everything they could to make that first drive an enjoyable one. Recently I bought a nearly new Vauxhall Astra from Quest in Braintree. I found the process very straightforward and stress free. The salesman, Geoff Leland, was very helpful, knowledgeable and more importantly not pushy. It was really easy to talk to him and discuss the sale and part exchange in an affable way.All in all it was a very pleasant experience and having owned the car for a week now and driven 600 miles in it am extremely pleased with my purchase.
