Amended. Original review: rude salesman, changed price after we'd driven down due to knocking price of our own car to trade in for superficial scratches and minor dent, all purely cosmetic. Maybe it wasn't so unfair but it was the way it was put that are car is just 'its a mess'...its a 12 year old car mate, just wear and tear! Clear game playing and lies about not able to sell below listed price (despite lowering the price already!). We weren't allowed a test drive unless we agreed to his amount to purchase a car in advance as 'we're not a test drive centre'. Offered no other options so we left. Probably would have bought the car if he weren't such an arrogant waste of space.After our initial review we were then contacted by the manager and had a completely different experience. We negotiated a reasonable price (what the previous salesman wouldn't agree to) and he was more than happy to help and hand the car over on thsir busiest weekend of the year! We got the car and are very happy with it. More fool the original salesman who lost out on his commission and kudos to the manager for winning our custom back! Just be wary of which salesman you speak to and, if in doubt, ask for Paul the manager!
More interested in selling their car than client relationship. I was actually told, let's talk numbers first. If you like it, let's test drive. Not sure what exactly is the strategy here.
Service centre has been torn down to make way for a Masda dealership, which means, at least a 4 hour wait for a simple service. Cars have to be driven to a makeshift workshop. They cannot cope with parking now, so when Masda is up and running, I have no idea. Kia have a very good product, but, if the service is like this, then it might alter people's attitude.
Really good sales and after sales. Stuart was very helpful as I wanted a certain car and colour and he got it for me.
Jason was very helpful and explained everything well. After unfortunately writing my car off, I am very pleased with my new car and will definitely be recommending Westdrive in the future.
