Ive been using these guys for nigh on 15 years, in the days when Nigel Pavely ran it. Shaun Case picked up the reins and has been providing exceptional service to all of us who use them. I believe that a lot of their customers are long term like me and a lot of us shun our local Mercedes main dealers and independents to use Shaun and his team. Nothing is ever too much for these people and as in Nigels day, the customer really is king. Truly exceptional. I will never go anywhere else. I just wish they were a Ferrari agent too!
