Bought a moped for my son and they told me they needed to keep the bike for a week for tests and registration. After a week i called them and they told me to insure it so i could collect.I insured the bike costing me 126.00 admin fee and went to collect the bike only to be tols that i couldnt have it as it is faulty!Its clear to me that they had done no tests during the week and diddnt have the common sense to call me and let me know that there was an issue before i insured the bike.Customer service is disgusting and i was left wirh 126 to pay as an admin fee.I certainly do not recomend this dealer avoid at all costs
Not bad workmanship but these guys still missed off fitting parts for my bike when it was in for it's service, plus we had and AGREED / fixed service cost and on collection the price was increased by 45, not very good guys...!!Plus you never cleaned the front sprocket area..!!

Took my pride and joy hard earned bike here for an MOT and a service. I look after things I buy from new so researched and saw good reviews for this place, I couldnt be more wrong!! They cracked the front plastic on my bike the indicators were vertually hanging out, I took the bike back and they replaced with an older plastic bike front ( at least a few Years older than my bike and full of scratches ) - gutted wasnt the word, put me off MOTS and servicing for life. The owner didnt even offer an excuse!!If you have an ounce of sense do not listen to other peoples advice on this site they clearly are either family, friends , employees or fake aliases. This place is a total rip off and I have instructed my solicitor!!!!
