We took our rabbit here for castration, 17 days later he was dead and so were several rabbits from the pet shop below in store, but vets refuse to see a connection and said we would have to pay 250 to find cause of death. We had a rabbit from the store that was purchased and brought back ill in the waiting room at same time as our rabbit went for his three day check. The rabbits from the pet shop were seen by the vets upstairs and I was told there was no chance of cross contamination in an air conditioned building !!!
Staff are so friendly and show genuine care and love for your animal. Always willing to answer your questions and explain in detail and dont try and put unnecessary cost onto you. Happy pet owners here!
