Awful experience. Mis diagnosis multiple times. Lots of very expensive treatments undertaken that where not needed. Different vets at same surgery with completely different opinions regarding the same subject. Having to call specialists in the middle of operations due to lack of experience. Yes, mid operation!! Never see the same vet twice despite asking time after time. Never seem to be able to retain staff for very long. Lie after lie after lie. Incompetent and ultimately cruel. AVOID AVOID AVOID
All of the staff at Black Notley Veterinary are great, so friendly my dog is very nervous about being there but the vets are very understanding and have the patience of saints. Very good service and usually in and out of there in under half an hour depending on the complaint.
Very friendly staff and have been looking after my pets for five years. They do not have an overnight emergency service - that's farmed down to Witham - but they are open reasonably late and can see you at short notice if needs be.
