Am new to the area so chose this vets for our 5 cats on the basis of the great reviews. In the space of 1 month have had cause to visit on 3 occasions and on each occasion, the staff have been average to good with the service they provide but have kept me waiting for nearly an hour after my appointment time. On two occasions I was one of the first appointments of the day so there is little excuse for such a long delay. They don't inform you that you'll be waiting, they don't apologise for how long you've been kept waiting and then stiff you with what is a comparatively pricey bill for what they do. As a one off this'd be understandable as there are no doubt emergencies or appointments that take longer than planned. The issue is that poor time and cost management seems to be the norm. Very disappointed. I had hoped this vet would be different.
Absolutely have nothing but amazing gratitude and love for this company. They've been so amazing with my baby Jasper's emergency and dramatic issues. Rebecca and her team are amazing! So friendly, welcoming and comforting. I honestly cannot thank you enough for all your kindness and help you have given us so far and are continuing to give whilst he is going through his treatment.
