Visited your store today and decided to take a snack in your coffee shop. Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Not only did we have to clear our own table and wipe it down but then noticed that the floor was covered with food waste and some of the cutlery given to us was filthy dirty with food deposit still on them. Marks & Spencer pride themselves on being one above their competition. Frankly speaking, this is not the kind of service one would expect from M&S and is quite unacceptable.
A lovley manager by the name of Kathleen help me by pushing my trolly while I did my shopping. Thank you I really appreciated it as I have to use a crutch to walk at the moment as I am recovering from a broken ankle.
Very slow service, also allowed me to buy food from in store as well as the hot counter only to then advise me whilst collecting coffees having paid that I can't eat half tje food I just paid for as it's from I store, didn't think to telle this as they let me pay for everything.
Lovely food, great products.Very tasty bread and the fruits last longer then any other supermarkets and the difference in taste is obvious.
They have lovely mini ready meals. Good value for money! There fresh fruit is really nice! They also have a very nice cafeterie. Easy give 5 stars!
