Had a delivery. They did say 1 hour on the phone(very polite lady on the phone) , received it in 55 minutes (Friday) . Ok the wait is a bit long but the food was great and hot, received a free bottle of coke. I will be defiantly using this place again..
Place has gone downhill recently, ordered a kebab online for collection and had to wait in the shop for 25 minutes before it was ready. Got home and they had given me someone else's food, to their credit they delivered the correct food promptly but clearly this was my old kebab that had been waiting around for 20 minutes as it was dry and tough.Previous to this the kebab I had was OK, just nothing special. Average at best.
Phoned for a takeaway, very polite lady on the phone, I didn't want part of the deal so she offered a few things I could have instead! Food came in 20 mins! Piping hot and very tasty! The delivery lady was very apologetic she only had change, and brought me a bottle of tango instead of a can to make up for change in order! Amazing customer service and great food! X
I have been eating from Mr Kebab for years now and thought that I might as well review it. The kebabs are really tasty and the 'Mr Kebab Special' which contains all of the meats is a bargain at 9.00! Their pizzas are also great and almost certainly the best in town, especially when they are BOGOF on a Monday!Fine dining it is not but you'll do well to find a better kebab shop.
Woman on the phone seemed to be very experienced and helpful. Delivery was prompt around 30 minutes, great considering it was a Friday night. Food was pretty good, hot wings were a good blend of not too spicy but enough for flavour, pizza was amazing. Dough cooked perfectly and cheese was brilliant. Chips werent fantastic and could maybe do with a card machine but overall a good service and mostly great quality food
