Staff very friendly and helpful, have stayed there a few times now and the same great service every time

Breakfast was cooked to perfection and so quick. All the staff were friendly and helpful but the chef was exceptional. Will definitely be back for breakfast by far the best in Braintree
This premier Inn is on the outskirts of Braintree. The service is good with the staff greeting in polite manor. The rooms are pretty bog standard for this style of hotel.Bed linen and bathroom towels were clean.The bed was fairly comfortable.The hotel is very quiet even though it's next to a fairly busy road .The breakfast is served in the hotel and is a choice of full English or continental.
I shared a family room with 2 grandchildren under 4. Each had their own bed with plenty of room to move around. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and accommodated our needs. Breakfast was superb! Many grateful thanks.
