Having never previously been to a gym, I was pretty nervous about starting. I needn't have worried, the PT staff here are all brilliant, friendly and positive. Lemans fitness is all about body transformation, wether that's weight loss (definitely me) or building muscle, or getting fit, they will help you achieve your goal! I never thought I'd enjoy the gym, but I am!
Best gym in Braintree! It may be small but nowhere else offers you the time and efforts from all the Personal Trainers at a fair price. If you nervous about joining a gym for the first time then this is the place to go. I'm a new person thanks to Scott and the other PT's.
