Good pools and a great place to either swim for fun or work out
This pool had become dirty and smelly. Reception very rarely answer the phone, expecially at weekends. Do yourselves a favour. Take a trip to either dunmow, Halsted or witham.
Used both the main pool and children's area. Both were in good condition with plenty to keep children entertained. Lots of space to change and lockers return coins with ample parking outside.
Would not recommend the swimming lessons here one bit. Same lesson taught 4 weeks running without even the smallest variation on the lesson plan. Customer complaint raised however, no response received except to chase my payment! Shocking customer service.
Good place for kids to go swimming. Most times I have been it's not been too busy.... I guess I am comparing it to the one I used to go to in London which was crazy busy most weekends! Staff here are friendly. Only started using it fairly recently hence the 4 stars will reassess in a couple of months time.
