Discusting service, no one seems to know what there doing there 3 mess ups on my medications over the last 3 months.. put prescription in a week early in plenty 9f t8me and ended up 3 weeks run out due to there mess ups and staffing issues.. they are important medication I have to take for the rest of my life unfortinatly .. surgery has gone just so down hill lately they now day they are all new and still learning they shouldn't be putting new unexperianced staff out on there own !!
I have been with this surgery since I have been born and I absolutely love everyone to works there! Dr Win and Dr Htun are absolutely fab, caring, kind and most importantly, extremely thorough!
Writing this as theres too many bad review's. The Drs here are amazing sometimes have issues with staff though but nothing major. Other than that I always manage to get an appointment or speak to my Dr. Compared to other surgeries in the area I count myself lucky to be at this one.
Excellent well skilled set of Resident GP's who listen, discuss options and respond appropriately. Overall excellent patient care. The front desk staff are always on had to accommodate every patients needs.
Staff ignore me and block my prescriptions. Causes suffering and Ill health. Doctor is really good. Think one particular receptionist enjoys cruelty and is homophobic. Don't bother complaining. Needs proper staff overhaul before something serious or critical happens. I leave this as a public interest message to invite healthy debate, not hate.
