Excellent surgery and doctors, only let down is always at least a 45 minutes wait past appointment time, brilliant dispensary and staff
Poor regard for patients with mental health concerns at times.Appointment system is good however, as are dispensary staff, who are really helpful.

Disgraceful, book to see a travel nurse, can't give me a time before 6, even though they close at 6:30. Call up on the day to check I've got the right date and time as I needed to take time off of work, time and date was confirmed by the receptionist. Get to the surgery, book myself in and told to take a seat. Sat for over an hour completely ignored by the staff. They all started packing up ready to go home, not one of them even considered checking up on me until I went to the same receptionist to ask what there playing at to be told that my appointment was for another day! Are you kidding me? After double checking and signing in when I got there you could check to see that you've even given me the correct date!!!
