Staff are friendly but they dont read their emails or messages sent direct from their web page. Its a shame because thats what lets them down. Would love them to change this though and I would quite happily change my review accordingly.
Useless, ridiculously slow. Even after ringing to confirm my husband's prescription was ready today after it wasn't yesterday, I was queuing for far to long. No acknowledgement or apology for keeping me waiting even though there was plenty of available staff. Still had to wait for prescription to be prepared even though I was told it was ready and being bagged. Never had good or helpful service here.

Mrs. Redfern made us choose this for our Business GCSE coursework. I regret choosing business. She had also mentioned that the owner was an 'Idiot'
