Really helpful staff. They told me all I needed to know about their dog products and now my dogs are on new healthier diets. Go there for alternative natural meds for your animals, they helped my Yogi when he pulled muscles in his shoulder.

We came into the shop with our puppy and was immediately greeted by a very friendly assistant who helped us pick the perfect food for her. Ria loved the experience and was patient when they weighed her and gave her little tasters of each food to see which one she preferred. We will definitely be back every month for our supplies and weight check.
All staff are very helpful as well as friendly and welcome your pet as if they are their own. I have always received good advice and guidance, even down to recommending a brilliant hairdresser for him, and if you have a problem they are more than happy to try and solve it. My little dog always gets a treat and more than a few cuddles, he loves it there. And I have never been pushed into buying anything I don't want. Highly recommended.
