Utter rubbish, have charged me for two orders on two separate occasions now and have taken over a week to put the money back plus the food was terrible. Do not recommend
Very bad experience...waiting a lot, rude staff and really bad food, the kebab meat was swimming in oil.And as last surprise I found a hair in my food.
Ordered for takeaway told 30-40 mins, hour passed so phoned again, said ticket must have fallen on floor, then told 10 mins, got food 15 mins later, kebab cold, asked for 3 pots of garlic sauce received 2,asked for red cabbage onion and cucumber and got tomato lettuce and cabbage, didn't even get apology from delivery driver for food being late. Clearly they need to up there game, shocking is putting it mildly lucky to get 1 star
Poor customer service. Ordered lamb chicken doner salad separetely, meanwhile received chicken doner mixed with salad. Once they delivered the food was completely uneatable as the fresh cold salad has been mixed up with the hot meat. Thrown to the bin. Would not order here anymore
Worst costume assistant ever . Today a friend of mine went for a Kebab with her 2 months old daughter . She asked for help because she was unable to get in with her daughter's buggy. They laughed in her face . She was served as a dog . No one came to help her . She had to grab her order inside the store leaving the buggy with the baby girl in while they kept their "smiley" face . I was outside looking at this lovely picture . If this is " the best kebab" .... awful service .
