We instructed Cunningtons for what initially looked like a straightforward sell and buy property transaction, but which turned out to have a complex boundary issue attached to it. The appointment for us was a great success, as they handled the whole process ultra professionally, particularly the challenging Land Registry issue, which they met with vigour, skill, professionalism and flexibility. In the end they achieved an even better than expected result. Throughout, communication was first class, with great email and telephone updates and requests, as well as a state of the art, and simple to understand, key stage update system. The process from boundary resolution to exchange and then completion become ultra urgent but they beat the deadline, within 3 days, avoiding a potential chain collapse. Even with the complications, the fees were great value and as expected. Overall, Paul Fenton and Lindsay Clark service were exemplary as they showed absolute commitment to their clients.
