Swift and painless, we got what we came for (a railway calendar for my dad) and an owl calendar for us. It would be nice if they catered for more minority interests too (Russian icon calendars, for instance). Of course they do a roaring trade in December, but I can't imagine how they keep this trade going the whole year round. Good luck to them. Proud to have added this outlet to the map.
