Worse dental practice manager is so rude and unhelpful needs to invest in some customer service skills!! Very run down practice! AVOID!!
Gobsmacked to say the least. Been a client of Noel House for over 30 years. Called today (Thursday 23rd November 2017) and once I did manage to get through, I explained I was in pain due to a filling falling out. The very rude receptionist, who didn't care about my welfare and the pain I was in, told me the earliest date I can have is middle of January 2018. I explained I am in pain and surely they can organise an emergency appointment, but this resulted in being told to phone another dentist and see if they are taking new NHS patients. In other words we don't want your business. I have spent thousands of pounds on dentistry work with Noel House over my lifetime, it shows loyalty means nothing and a rude receptionists can make or break a relationship in a single phone call.Like most I pay towards the NHS, and I expect the level of healthcare I contribute towards too. AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS!!!!
