The staff team in Braintree Essex where absolutely fantastic supporting me in a courtesy car they even went out there way in taking me to collect my new vechicle. Mohammed, Ashley and the rest of the staff team were excellent in supporting me and making this a delightful experience. I would definitely recommend to friends and family . Once again Thank you x
Had used a number of times over the years and was always happy but will not use again. On returning a van they asked if I had a note of the petrol and mileage as they had not made one on checkout. The member of staff (D. Besley) then did a walk round without me present and came back saying there was a scratch on the side (looked like one from a key). I protested at the time that if the checkout was so poor they could have missed this but they insisted this could not have happened. I was annoyed so thought best to leave and put it down as a lesson learnt after the office manager (Adey?) reassured me the charge would be about 50. Two months later, I get a letter saying it was 250 to repair so I would not be getting my deposit back. The scratch was paint only and hardly visible to the eye, but could feel on touch. Nothing happened to that van when I had it.
