Just to say a very big thank you for repairing my mobility scooter tyre,i tried a lot of places in braintree no help at all..great company friendly people first class..Had to wash the scooter to match the wheel it came back like new....

Went in to buy a bicycle, saw one immediately and loved it! The team were all very friendly and extremely helpful, showing us the bikes and giving advice. After comparing bikes elsewhere, with no luck, we went back to A1braintree and ordered the correct size frame which came the next day! The guys built it and then after testing it made it ready to ride home. Better quality bike and customer service than Halfords! Brilliant team! Love the bike!

Walked in hoping to by a bike, left with 2 diamondbacks!The personal experience tom and mike gave plus their overwhelming knowledge and customer service warrants every penny spent well worth it. They even gave us a discount assuming because of the amount of money we had spent but even without the discount it still would of been worth every single penny! I LOVE our new bikes!There wasn't a question left unturned. Everything we threw at them they had a strong confident answer for. They showed us around every bike as I didn't know anything about bikes and couldn't choose. Poor Tom must of felt he was giving a lecture about bikes to a student however was very patient with me and went out of his way to give me as much information as possible. Mike, was amazing at sorting me out some discounted goodies and somewhat cheeky to. I have revisited the shop many times and have always felt welcome and definitely left feeling satisfied.All the staff are amazingly friendly and willing to look after you.They are not like other bike shops who just want your money but don't want to give you their time. They are a shop who has YOUR best interest at heart. Lovely little shop was even offered a cuppa tea which MIKE will be making on next visit! Highly recommended!!
