Poor layout tables not cleared away too long to get served only wish Freeport had other choices of venue .

Absolutely disgusting service from a gentleman in there today not sure if he was the manager or not, I asked for an apple and cinnamon donut which was labelled on the shelf he said it was caramel donut so I told him it says cinnamon just so he knew and to remove the sign. He was so rude dont think he actually understood me tbh, asked in a not a nice manner what my problem was, it got quite heated and made me feel so uncomfortable all other staff looking. I thought I was actually doing something kind. I paid for my crisps and he just shoved them in front of me. I told him his service was disgraceful and that I will no longer go in there. I wouldnt even rate one star in fact zero. Reading other reviews something needs to be done with that store as its not the first Iv had bad service and the food really isnt great but at this time I only wanted what I explained.
Very overpriced mediocre sandwiches. Awful customer service. No smile, no hello, thank you or goodbye. Dirty tables everywhere. Better off going elsewhere.
